Using the library
Eligible user
- FUN students, faculty and staff.
- Individuals who want to use the items in the FUN Media Librarywith study, scholarly and research purposes (Non-FUN members).

LeavingPush the bar for leaving the Library. There is a security system at the gate. It sounds an alert, if you leave with unchecked items.
Non-FUN members should to return “On-day library card” in leaving.
Please note- FUN library is its primary place for study and research.Therefore, your cooperation is requested to maintain a quiet environment in the library.
- Please handle library materials and equipments with care.
- Smoking, and the consumption of food and beverages are not permitted in the library.
* In consideration of heat-related health concerns, starting July 1, 2025, hydration will be permitted under
the following conditions:
- Drinking is allowed only in the self-study area (Reading Room).
Drinking is not permitted in book stack areas, hallways, or other spaces. - Beverages must be in sealed containers with caps, such as plastic bottles or flasks.
Paper cartons, paper cups are not allowed. - Eating (including snacks) remains prohibited.
Your Cooperation Is Appreciated:
- Please be considerate of others by drinking quietly and avoiding spills.
- There are no trash bins in the Library. Please take your trash with you or use bins elsewhere in Campus.
- If a spill occurs, please inform the library staff immediately
- Mobile phone usage is not permitted in the library.
- When using the library, please do not leave your personal belongings unattended. (We recommend the use of coin-returnable locker near the entrance.)
