Borrowing privileges
Non-FUN members who live in Hakodate, Hokuto and Nanae are eligible for borrowing library materials. Please contact a service desk with current identification or appropriate proof of status. (e.g. driver's license)
   
                        
Borrowing library materials
Non-FUN members can borrow up to 5 items for 2 weeks.
Video and audio materials and periodicals can not be checked out. They can be used only within the library. When you wish to use visual and audio material, contact a service desk.
There is a period borrowing services may be restricted due to the final exams etc.


Returning library materials
Non-FUN members can return library materials at a service desk or use the self-checkin/out machine. Be sure to return library materials during the library is opened.
    
           
Penalty
If books are not returned on time, your borrowing privileges will be suspended for as many days as the material is overdue.


Lost or damaged books
If you lose or damage a book, you must contact a service desk immediately. Staff will advise you on what you should do.


Interlibrary services
FUN Media Library offers Document delivery and Interlibrary loan services to those who can not visit us. You should request these services through your local public library or institutional library.

(1)Document delivery 
We send photocopies of documents held at FUN library by mail. This is a fee-based service. You must pay copying plus postage charges.

(2)Interlibrary loans
We loan materials held at FUN library by mail. You can borrow up to 5 items for 3weeks. This is a fee-based service. You must pay postage charges.

(3)Please note
・Materials in the laboratory are not available.
・Lending services may be restricted due to the final exams etc.
