Borrowing books


Borrowing Limits & Loan period
Media Library lends different number of books to different category of user.

Undergraduate Student	5 books for 2 weeks
Undergraduate Student for Graduation Thesis	10 books for 4 weeks
Graduate Student for Master Course	10 books for 4 weeks
Graduate Student for Doctoral Course	20 books for 4 weeks
Faculty	20 books for 4 weeks

• You can use Automatic Book Circulation machine for borrowing books.
• Periodicals and journals can be used only within the Library.
• When you use a visual and audio material, contact a service desk.
• You can borrow supplements at a service desk.

Returning library materials
You can return library materials at a service desk or use Automatic Book Circulation machine.
Overdue materials must be returned directly to a service desk.
There is a posting slot for returning materials when the library is closed.


Penalty
If books are not returned on time, your borrowing privileges will be suspended for as many days as the material is overdue.


Renewing your books
Books may be renewed for another 2 weeks by three times, provided they have not been requested by other users, and are not overdue. To renew your books, log in to this website with your account.


Reservations
You can reserve a book online only if it has been checked out. You will receive an e-mail notice when the book is placed on hold for you.


Lost or damaged books
If you lose or damage a book, you must contact a service desk immediately. Staff will advise you on what you should do.
